Lea Cerin is our Production Coordinator and this month’s Ideal Products’ Spotlight Team Member. Lea has been with Ideal Products for 8 years and since day one she has not only been dedicated, committed and hard-working, she brings peace, joy and happiness to our Ideal family.

One of Lea’s favourite things about Ideal Products is the employee birthday celebrations filled with free food and the fun family culture. In her spare time she enjoys biking with her family (especially in the mountains), crafting, drawing and writing. With Lea’s creativity, we all get to enjoy the repainted and redecorated production office. Thanks Lea!
