We are absolutely delighted to introduce the newest addition to our Ideal family, Marlee Smith. Marlee steps into the role of Customer Service Manager at our Pasadena location, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her on board.

Born and raised in California, Marlee brings her suitcase, smiling face and impressive professional background to Pasadena. Her experience encompasses account and sales management, team supervision and training, and public outreach and relations. Notably, Marlee also has a unique background in agriculture and animal science, having worked on farms where she cared for a menagerie of animals, including pigs, cows, horses, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats. Her innate patience and nurturing care for animals seamlessly translates into her aptitude for resolving issues and providing exceptional leadership to our customer service team.

Marlee places a high value on achieving a work-life balance, a perspective instilled in her by her father while growing up. When she’s not dedicated to her role, you’ll find Marlee sneaking away to indulge in her passion for paddleboarding. She’s also on the hunt for fantastic hiking trails in Pasadena, where she plans to embark on adventures with her faithful canine companions. If you happen to know any hidden gems of hiking trails, don’t hesitate to share your recommendations with Marlee; she’s all ears. 😊

Intriguingly, Marlee is a dedicated DIY enthusiast with a knack for discovering and refurbishing furniture. We’re eagerly looking forward to witnessing her creativity shine in her next DIY project.
