This summer, we had the pleasure of expressing our gratitude to our dedicated Ideal team members in Canada and USA with a memorable celebration. A BBQ, prizes, appreciation gifts, and even a splash tank were just a few highlights of our appreciation day. Ask any of our team leaders, and they’ll tell you—it was a splash in every sense of the word! We extend heartfelt thanks to our entire team for joining in and enjoying the festivities. It’s a small token of our appreciation for their daily commitment, dedication, and passion.

Work Hard, Play Hard

The Ideal family exemplifies a stellar team player attitude, balancing hard work with camaraderie. This spirit shone brightly during our Spartan Race challenge in July. The Ideal Spartans tackled this physical test as one, showcasing perseverance, resilience, and unity. Each obstacle was a testament to their strength, with team members supporting and motivating one another throughout. The experience unearthed hidden strengths and pushed boundaries, embodying the supportive and determined spirit of our Ideal family.

A Whole Lot of Foam Fun

While our Ideal Products locations buzz with hard work for our customers, our team knows how to unwind and have fun, especially when team spirit and foam are involved. Last year’s Foam Fest was a testament to this. Imagine a playground alive with giant inflatables, water slides, and endless foam bubbles! Our leadership and employees alike dove into the festivities, creating lasting bonds and unforgettable memories. It was a perfect reminder of the joy and importance of camaraderie at work.
